PAYMENTS & RETURNS

We accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards: Amex, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

Returns to us caused by a misdelivered address/refused package can be re-delivered with cost of shipping being your responsibility. You will need to contact us via email at hello@wkemylarbags.com with your order number and details to send your order out again.

We sell empty bags. You will not receive a refund for assuming your bags would not be empty. No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Returns are accepted for exchanges if items arrive to you damaged. You will need to send your order back to us and we will send you a replacement. To begin this process, you will need to contact us via email at hello@wkemylarbags.com with your order number and an image/images of damaged items.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We only ship within the United States.

Ground shipping is always FREE. Priority shipping (2-3 days) is an additional $8.

Larger orders automatically (at least 100 bags) ship Priority for free.

We guarantee to ship orders same day (Monday-Saturday) if order is placed by 11AM EST.

Yes, you can. When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via the email address that you used to place your order.

We only ship within the United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

We ship from the state of Maryland which is on the East Coast.
